[Found!] hood springs light weight

need light weight hood springs for 69 dart installing fiberglass hood thats hinged

I use a broom handle

Just go to wrecking yard and grab some off a 90's Daytona or any front wheel drive car. As I recall they can be harvested from K cars even.

I had 2 AAR's and over time the springs pushing up bend the hood in the middle,
It was really bad in the sun on a hot day so I just got used to removing the springs if the hood wasn't up, easy to do on E body's not so easy on A body's.
