Brand new from Classic Industries. I bought this and found the clips very difficult to work with so I bought someone else's that was easier to work with. Sent Classic Industries an email explaining this and they sent me another one for free even when I asked them not to. If someone can use it I'll ship it out free anywhere in the continental USA. Comes with brand new clips as well.
