Hooking up a tachometer

Which wire is the accesory wire and where is the easist place to splice my tach into it? Also I noticed that my tail lights dont turn on when my head lights are on. all my other lights work fine and they're not burned out. any ideas?

I have all the vacuum & wiring diagrams from 1964 to 76

its a 74 duster and its a cheap summit racing tach. It has four wires, red to power, black to ground, green to coil negative, and yellow to accessory. Which wire's do i need to hook up to? the one's i cant figure out is the yellow and green.
