Anyone happen to run a Hoosier 29.5x10.5 (18192) tire on a 12" wheel? Curious to how it looks on the wheel as the slick has a 11" tread width. They recommend a 10-12" wheel.

I have my CO6 29.5 x 10.5 Hoosiers on 15x12 Pro Star wheels with a 5" BS, the foot print at rest is just shy of 12" (like 11 7/8"). I don't have pictures because the car is at the tin benders shop getting some of the holes sealed up in the interior so I can see after burnouts.

How do you like that C06 compound? I've been running 29.0×12's with D06.

My car sems to react and 60' better with the C06. It was a bit of trail and error to get to the point I am now.

Not slicks but I have the quick time pro drag radials 29x13.5 on a 15x10 5.5 back spacing. If this helps.

Is the overall section width at the tire bulge 13.5 ?
If so it will look good.
I still have to mount my 29.5 11.5 w but they're going on 12 wide rim 13 in tread 15 section width

Section width is 13.2 according to Hoosier chart, but that's using a 10" wheel.

Hell yeah it will look killer.
Have you tried googling that tire or YouTube. You'll probably find some good pics or vids

I've got a similar sized tire on a twelve inch rim. 315/65x15 et street radial pro. Looks and works great. (My hoosiers are quite a bit bigger, do not apply. Also, ignore the awful flames. They're gone.)
