I have 72 dart, when I press the horn on the steering wheel the horn does not sound.When I apply 12v to horn On bench they work.My question is there a horn relay somewhere that I am missing. the wire is connected to the steering wheel .

On my 71 duster the horn relay is above the left kickpanel. Unless you are a teenager and very flexible you may want to remove the instrument cluster to get at it

Just replaced mine not even a couple weeks ago on my 72. It was under the dash by your left foot. No need to remove instrument cluster in my case, just lay on back on the floor and its one bolt that holds it on. Had to order it at o'really and took a day but can't remember the part number. dig around and you will find it.
