Horn Trouble (2002 Camaro)

Ok, my dad has a 2002 Camaro. Its horn isn't working. We've checked the fuse, it's fine. Checked the relay, and it's fine. Anyone have any idea why the horn wouldn't work?

I know it's not a Mopar, but I figure at least someone would have an idea.

Have you just tested the horn, like directly to the battery? Maybe it's shot.
Never known a horn to just die, but I don't honk my own very often.

does it sound like it is clicking when you press the button like at the relay.......check the horn for pos and neg......some of new cars have ground side switching...which means pos always their and neg fires the horn upon pressing the button
