horn

I have a 73 Dart. Car is on jack stands. Front wheels off. Just installed a Tuff wheel and Grant adaptor kit. Problem is when I rotate the steering wheel the horn blows once on every rotation, and always at the same spot. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks, Al

Only turn it to that spot when someone pisses you off!! ?

You may have a short in your horn clock spring.

You have installed something wrong. At one point in rotation, the horn wire is grounding, honking the horn.
