Horrible flooding in Kerrville, Texas

I believe we had at least one member from the hill country close to 30 dead so far as far as I've read , people set up campers near the guadalupe river and recieved 16 inches of rain in a matter of hours , it went up 30 feet

Very sad situation. I live about 2 hours east of Kerville and we've had rain, but not that much. I used to take Boy Scouts to summer camp in that area and the Guadalupe River can go up frighteningly fast with all the runoff from the Hill Country.
