Good morning,
Trying to sort out the parts list to complete my 71 Demon front end rebuild.
Going to run the Hotchkis upper control arm pn# 1112. Large Ball joint part.
They do make a 1112-s for the smaller ball joints 67-72.
But pricing right now is much cheaper on the 1112 ones.
My question is has anyone used the 71 drum brake spindle with the large upper control arm ball joint. If so, the spindle's upper ball joint hole would have to be drilled out larger. What size would that be?
Also would it be better to use the 73 and up disc brake spindles instead of a redrill of the earlier spindle.
Going to run one of Wilwood's 4 piston front disc kits.
Also going to be running Wilwood brakes on all 4 wheels...have Wilwoods on my strange 60 rear end now.
Manual brake master cylinder, what size piston master cylinder for this set up from the Wilwood collection.
