Nice of the news to tell the thieves how much it's worth....


Hopefully someone will see it and turn them in...
 
That blows chunks. Looks like it was a fun project for several generations.
 
A lot of times when something like this happens its because of either a carshow or other high profile event you go to. If they like your car, they follow you home then come back with a truck and silently take it. Never go directly home after a high profile show as they attract thieves to go car shopping. Always save errands for afterwards.

Why would you leave a car like that on the street ?

Just asking to be stolen or damaged.

If I'm not in my hotrod it is locked in the garage

That's a bunch of crap. Thieves have no conscience or they would realize how many hours and how much time and love are put into cars to get them to this point. Same goes for having to lock your car when you go to church on Sunday morning.

Nothing's sacred to a lot of people.
