hey does anyone know if i can fit 255 70 15 tires on the rear of a 72 duster

That should be a cake walk but just out of curiousity, what size wheels (incl. backspacing) are you running? Also, can we see a profile pic of your car?

15 x 8 4 inch backspacing ill try to get a profile picture up soon.

thats a big tire. i had them on my 69 dart. on a 7" rim they are 10x29 mounted and aired up. they used to just rub the front edge of the wheel opening. rubbed the paint off but the tire showed no wear. i put 1/4" shim plates between the front spring hanger and the mount to move the axle back and it worked. i took them off and eventually went with 255 60s though.
