How do these strut rod bushings work?

I searched the forum and couldn't a good answer. I bought a new front end kit and I got the one piece strut rod bushings. My question is how do they go in? Should I order a the two piece design like the old ones I pulled off?

I could'nt find any information either, And no paperwork with my kit. My Chiltons manual says to wet the bushing with water(did not notice this helped), then push it through the hole(Did'nt say which way). I put mine in with the wider end towards the front of the car. Took a while to work it in. Seems to be OK. No weird noises yet. 8)

Ok, thanks for the reply, ill have to investigate... I dont know why they didnt just use the double bushing design...

I believe they push through the back hole
