How do you get the disc brake hub off rotor?

How do you get this hub off the rotor, thanx in advance.

The best way is to drill the studs out from the back and drive them from the back to the front. Then assemble new rotor using all new studs and crimp the front as original. I have a machine shop do mine. Those hubs are rare.
