How Do You Install The Door Shell Weatherstrips On A 1971 Demon 340?

I am now ready to install the weatherstrips that go around the door shell on my 1971 Demon 340. I purchased a new OER weatherstrip package and they have the weirdest clips to put in the holes. How do they go in? Here is a picture of what I get to work with. As always, thank you in advance.

Pointy end first . after the first few you will get the hang of it . They can be brittle so take your time .
