How much paint

Is a quart of paint enough do do my engine compartment ?

i used 1qt of dupont base coat on my eng comp and rad. support

That should be way more than enough, it gets mixed too so what you're really looking at is how much you have sprayable, Dupont base is 1:1 so a qt of paint gives you 2 qts sprayable. I don't recall single stage off the top of my head, less than 1:1 though.

according to my local shop they told me a quart would work for my engine bay :thumbup:

Are you painting it the original color? I hope so. I like it.
I think thats Tunisian gold right?

I redid it the same color. Its Y9 Tawny Gold Poly. I bought a quart of paint which got mixed 4:1:1 and have 1/2 left.
