How NOT to be a parent

-
just last week here in philly a woman was arrested after leaving her 14 year old and 7 year old daughters in the car for SIX HOURS while she was in the casino gambling

Unbelievable!! I heard about the Canadians on vacation in Texas and forgot about the child in the back seat for more than 2 hours and the poor child died. No charges against the parents!

I remember a couple of summers ago there was a story on the news about a man who left his 2 year old granddaughter locked in his car for 8-hours while at work. She was asleep buckled in her carseat when he drove to work. Some kind of mix-up with his daughter taking her to day care. Baby died, tears your heart out.

When they were broadcasting this story on the radio here, they kept referring to it as an "unfortunate accident". That's wack! No charges? Even more so!!!

That's so sad, I don't understand how you forget your kid is in the f#cking car! It happens here in phoenix all the damn time, horrible.

Last summer I ran across one of these horror-shows at a local shopping area. It had to be over a hundred inside the SUV in question and the toddler was not happy.

If anyone finds this I recommend the following:

1) smash every piece of glass that you safely can to provide fresh air and let the heat out.

2) call the cops/EMTs.

3) Hang back just far enough to be able to keep en eye out without being close enough to become 'involved' until you see help arrive.

Yeah, I know smashing glass is bad but the life and safety of the yung-uns comes first, always.

Safety first: -LY

Hell I might knock the mirrors off just for fun too! $2,000 in glass isn't near enough punishment but at least it's something.

Common sense ain't so common.

This kind of behavior sadins my heart. "Couldn't take care of two". I wonder if she had that thought at the time some low life was impregnating her? I'm with Yankee on this one. If ya see this happening in the Wally World parking lot, step inside and go to the information desk and report it. Let Walmart take the rap. If they wont, then i will. The only type of person that will subject a child to this type of treatment is TRASH. Probably sucking up a government check on the kid. What a loss, and they think i'm refering to the portion of the government check they'll miss out on. Straight to jail and dont pass GO.
