After two years of the car being on either jackstands or a rotisserie, this weekend I dropped it down onto the suspension to fit the sway bar mounts before I paint the underside. I did go with the lower Hotchkis Springs, but holy cow, it looks like a low rider.

maybe your leaning to hard on it?

time for some skyjackers

is that with gas tank and interior as well?
it might just be easier to sell the set you have and get some taller spring

although I have been looking at images on the net and it's not hard to find cars that are sitting like that...

No interior or glass yet. I put a couple floor jacks in the trunk to simulate the battery, fuel tank, and glass, and a couple welders on the front floors for carpeting, seats, and front glass. Even if it comes up 2 or 3 inches, still seems low after two years of jackstands and rotisserie.

I don't see them coming up
and I agree, looks way to low

My son has the complete Hotchkis suspension on his 72 Scamp. It sits close to that with the stock mounts.

I had only seen this pic on my phone, just now saw it on a larger screen, I look like a grump. Time to start yelling at kids to get off my damn lawn.
