How to clean filler tube?

Whats the best way to clean this filler tube for my 68 cuda? Its really rusted inside. Do they make new ones? What about this rubber piece that seals it to the floor, can I get a new one??

oh yea. i forgot about that...will it take the galvanizing off??

Year One and many others sell the filler neck to trunk floor seal for around $30.
While your at it you may as well replace the filler neck to tank grommet which should still be available from Ma Mopar for $10 or so.

Could you soak it in CLR Calcium,Lime, and Rust remover?
