How to get old dash look nice again

Hi!

I have a matted out old dash in my '66 Dart that really needs to be freshed up and I've seen some really nice looking dashes on this forum and I just wonder how to get it looking like new again.



And where do you guys buy interiors? Checked with Legendary and it would cost as much as the car (1000USD)

Ya it is a lot less to buy the car than it is to restore one. I think I have close to 2 grand in my interior and its not done yet.


As for the dash. Its like my dad always tells me. "A little putty and paint will make it what it aint".
