how to install moog idler arm

car is a 72 demon picked up moog k7042 kit cam with 3 rubber washers one steel washer. what is the correct way to put this thing on thier instructions say there should be 2 steel washers but it is like the idler arm is to thick to mount to k-frame like that

The rubber washer goes on the joint 1st then install on the arm, then put one metal washer on and tighten to spec install cotter pin......Not sure why you have all the extra parts....The rubber is there to hold the grease in, I thinks it a crappy design, hense the new cup design later down the road

yea- the instructions on my new idler for my 66 Coronet say "lubricate every 2500 miles"---WHAT????
