How to keep paint on?

I have a set of gold moroso valve covers but they have been scratched pretty bad. What kind of paint can I use that wont flake off. Thanks :scratch:

I read that oven cleaner will remove the anodizing. Spray it on and let it sit for awhile. Then I would scuff them with a scotch brite pad and prime them.

Thank you very much Adam,Went to crane roller rockers and hit on the chorme covers but work great with the morosos
