How to open up cluster

So I pulled the gauge cluster out today to try and fix a problem I had. The speedometer needle fell off and I need to open the guage cluster up to put it back on. The only thing stopping me are the plug connectors to the wiper and headlight switch any idea how to remove these to get the back of the cluster off? Oh yeah I have the non ralley cluster in a 76 dart

Pull knob off wiper switch. Press thing that looks like a spring loaded rivet and knob/shaft will come out of headlight switch. Both have a special slotted nut under them that holds them to the cluster. There is a tool for it, but can be removed with needle nose or other tools. Be really careful taking screws out/in. The plastic posts are usually quite fragile.
