How to remove package tray clips 69 Dart?

Hi
I've have a new package tray ordered from Classic Industries (perforated for speakers) and am trying to get the old one off. I am assuming the new one does not come with the buttons or clips that hold the old one down and I can't figure out how to get them off without cutting them. I have the seat out and can see them clearly but spent an hour trying to figure this out with no success.
Anyone have any ideas?

Door panel release "fork" tool will get under them and pop em up. If you don't have this tool
slide a flat bar under the shelf board towards the clip and it will work.
Put your hand over clip to catch it. They are spring clips and will really fly.
