I wanted to post this, helped me out today with my LCA bushings, figured it could help others.

On the LCA bushings, i found it easiest to use various sized extensions and press them out, i bought a 12 ton press from harbor freight for $120..already worth it.

1. first step i did was use a long socket to press out the pivot shaft out the TB side of the LCA.
2. I used a bigger sock, that could still fit in the LCA, and pushed out all the rubber bushing out the TB side.
3. In my case, i have rubber bushings to replace the LCA bushing, so the outter shell will need to come out, if you have poly bushings, you don't have to remove the outer shell.
What i did was welded a big fat washer to the LCA bushing outter shell, using again just a socket..

Yep, that's one way to get them out.
Good work on your part.
There has been a "Sticky" posting at the top of this page, for awhile now, in regards to getting those bushings out, using various methods.
