any advice or pics on how to remove rear window trim? I want to re use it, so i can't wreck it figuring out how to remove it.

Mopar or No Car
Get a window trim tool and it will be your best friend to help getting off the trim
Head to Napa and get tool #KD2038.Use that to release the clips holding the trim in place.I just did it myself on the front windshield trim this morning.

You're going to have a hard time explaining to the "young guns" what that is exactly. ;)
The tool to the far left is the one for removing window trim. They are really easy to fabricate if you have some basic skills. I used a sheet of metal that was 0.08" thick. I cutted with a angle grinder the shape like in the picture.
