pirate ship or one of the other 3rd party shippers will have the best deal. but remember you only get basic shipping with them. standard insurance (100 or 150 whatever it is), tracking, but no delivery confirmation, or signature needed or additional insurance is not available.
imo paypal is the best system in terms of ease of use for both parties, otherwise a us postal money order would be the only option i'd accept.
