how to wire inn tach adapter

Was wondering if any of you guys had any schmatics of how to wire up a tach adapter... I found a brand new mopar performance tach adapter in bottom of my tool box, and i have yet to wire in my aftermarket rpm gauage, wich i need to do soon.
Just figued i'd use this tach adapter since i have it, and i heard they help give a more acccurate reading and less interference noise....

Are you running MSD or any other kind of ignition upgrade? If not, no need for the adapter.

one wire goes to power; another to ground, one to accesorie lights and one to the coil negative or MSD tach output

wiring schmatic should have came with the tach to show you which wire is for what on the tach
