I recently put together a 416 and I went with a Howard's hydraulic roller rattler cam. I know everyone has there cams they like to use. The cam I received was on a billet core so I used the crane melonized gear. They have good customer service as well. I would recommend them to anyone. Just as a side note my 340 block I started with I had the lifter bores bushed for the roller lifters.

Have a Howards "retro fit" LA hyd roller,in my 360 Magnum... Great product..Good idle, decent vacuum, better throttle response, than the Crower it replaced....

They do have some nice lookin grinds.

They ended up buying ,Brookshire's cam grinder. It does a REALLY NICE job of grinding...

Really? I was not aware of that. I am SURE it came with a lot of "other stuff" too. If you know what I mean.

Good cams. I run them in my bracket car. I am very pleased with the performance. They have a lot of 904 lifter designs. Never had any problems yet.
