hubs and brakes help please!!!

i want to put 10" brakes on the front of my valiant i have the spindles and loaded backing plates,,,
ARE THE HUBS THE SAME AS 9 " BRAKES WHICH ARE ON MY CAR NOW??rayer:

The spindles are larger on the 10" brake hubs and use larger bearings then the 9" hubs.

Yeah, if you're going to change spindles anyway, might as well go disk. I see a guy has a complete K-H setup refurbed and ready to go,, in the parts ads.
