Toured the Ray Skillman Museum in Greenwood, Indiana today.

Saw a 1967 or 1968 Dart GTS Convertible with Hurst Equipped emblems
on each of the front fenders behind the headlights.

Never seen this before. The car has the orig. auto shifter coming
thru the console.

Ideas anyone?

Also saw a '65 Hemi Super Stocker that was saved from the fire at Reggie
Jacksons garage a few years ago and a Hemi Challenger Hardtop.

Looked to be a couple of hundred cars. One of the best collections I've seen.

All brands were there.

The museum is not advertised nor does it have any signs up telling
what it is. Spoke with Mr. Skillman..seemed to be very nice and told us
to enjoy the cars. The rules were no touching. I told him we were "car guys"
and understood the rules, so he told us to take our time. We were the only two on the floor.

Did they look like these ? They are generic emblems that people seem to stick on everything for some reason.

Yes they did!.......also I believe this car and another had a Mopar Nationals decal from 2006.....Makes me wonder if Mr. Skillman bought a couple for
his collection last year at the show.

The Dart was white with a black top.......good looking car

I use to work on a guys Mopar collection,He would put that emblem on every car he bought even if it didnt have a single hurst part in it. Strange guy.
