Got this from another member...........Look at the shift tabs. This is neutral. Mine didnt look exactly like this but it was close. I had the same problem as you.........

Notice the drill bit in the shifter mechanism, the drill bit holds the shifter in neutral.

I believe the lever all the way back is park. Someone else will chime in I'm sure. Here is a bump for ya anyway.
