when I bought it I was told it was off of an astro van... I will let you know on the shipping usually just as cheap to go with a flat rate box

There should be a stamped code,on the push rod on the end. That's the i.d. number. Get that number,you usually I.d. the direct application by that number. Try A1 Cardone website for parts I.d.,hopefully that helps.
