No remote.
If the power goes out, I just twist the T-handle in to apply pressure to the clutch for the hand crank to open / close the door.

Forward thinking there.
I want to see Mary Ann pedaling that thing!
Same principle as the doors at our fire stations. If power goes out we have a friction brake you pull to manually open bay doors.
