I need help to identify rims from a picture :p

I ran across this pic a long time ago, and I love the car. I think the rims look kick *** but I have no way of finding out what they are, any ideas?

I've seen them on other cars, but I can't put my finger on it.

weld wheels. magnum series. his look to be painted all black.
