That's a bummer Flyfish. Mine snapped the crank in half last October. Just now getting it back together

yep, as the other guys said....i like your car and it´s performance.....hopefully the damage is not too much. Put it aside 3 weeks, the motivation will come back!

what´s up with the engine? just yesterday i also helped a friend (who´s engine died at the track) to remove it, we found a damaged rod bearing...

Nothing much to report yet, I pulled the valve covers....nothing out of the ordinary up top (thank goodness). Honestly, as long as my heads are OK, I'll be fine with replacing the bottom end......I have WAY too much money in the heads. Still won't know till I get it out and apart.

I'm hoping to have the motor out in the next few weeks (before October). I just cleaned out my garage last weekend, so now my only obstacles to work around are the normal kids sports, and family stuff.
