I bought a jet screwdriver to remove some jets from a CARTER BBD carb (I have chewed up too many jets just using a wide screwdriver)

Looked good. Wide, flat, and textured. It's going to work great!

Put it on the jet and started to turn, a little resistance, ok no big deal.

Kept turning then it slipped, I figured the brass let go.

But no!

At least it was cheap!

Guess I should have asked if anyone can recommend one that works

Holley Jet Removal Tool, Black/Red

That was supposed to be a link to Amazon .?

That does look sturdier than the holley . But I have been using the Holley one since the 80s without fail . Does the Moroso one work on Eddie/Carter jets ?

I'm not certain. It makes no mention of it on Moroso's site.

I want to find a Holley air bleed tool. So far I have not.

Hold on, hold on...

I committed the ultimate sin...
It's a carter BBD with the tall jets.

I'm not sure if a Holly jet tool would fit.

I too was looking for the type with the blade inside a tube but no one states their id

Take a wide blade flat head and narrow it to fit the air bleed.

When I'd pull the metering block off I'd use a my keychain spark plug gapper.
But I usually leave it on unless the PV needs changed too.

What`s the diameter and length of jet?
I made a tool, I swore was for jets, found it and it seems really big. maybe for a thermoquad?

I dont have one loose right now.

Best guess is od 1/4 "
Height 1/2"

I know, but I would like a dedicated tool. Being the tool I am I like tools.
