How exactly do you use those doing a compression test?
 
Take the plugs out, perform compression check, replace spark plug gaskets, re-insert spark plugs. A good substitute for silver when you are on on budget, too. I used to give 'em away when I asked the girls to go steady.

I see.....so you replace them just removing the plugs. Interesting.
