Toronto is supposed to be cracking down on e-bikes and e-scooters. Believe it when I see it. I have personally seen an idiot on a Segway driving down the DVP. Others have posted videos of idiots riding e-bikes on the frickin 401.

Then they get turned into road pizza
And the car/truck is to blame. Like I’ve said before, pretty handy guy can fix lots of things but try as I might stupid isn’t there

Just had a friend in his upper 60's crash on his e-bike. Probabky doing about 25-30 mph. Bruised ribs, broken rib, punctured lung, multiple contusions, and a 3 day (so far) hospital stay. Good example of 'just because you can does not mean you should."

A guy really has to realize your limitations. Your 60+ not 16, things don’t work or react like they once did.

Well not as scary, but I thought I’d just about seen everything. Yet there it was, a guy with a Ridged shop vac vacuuming his lawn. Did my errand came back past him 3/4 hr latter yup still at it. Made me shake my head.

My x brother in law (now deceased) that was staying here temporarily used my gas powered leaf blower to 'clean' the leaves off the front lawn. After using up 3 tanks of gas and sitting down to take a break, I grabbed the leaf blower and put it where he couldn't find it. Dang thing never ran right after that mess. Really book smart but really dumb in other (most) areas.

Houston is doing the same....cracking down on that stuff. Just glad I'm far enough away from Houston's city limits to not have to put up with all the crap that happens in that freaking city.
