I am looking for people who have IBM Cards and have Region 12 AND Dealer Code 17000

I'm also interested if anyone has the meaning (in plain english) of the below sales codes.
642 FLEET ITEMS (Column 64)
689 EXPORT/DLR. DEMO/SPECIAL HEADER > SPECIAL HEADER & TAG INSTRUCTIONS (Column 68)
693 SOLD/NCS/SPECIAL ORDER > MANUFACTURERS CERT/STATEMENT OF ORIGIN (Column 69) (I know 691 is a "Sold Car", meaning it was ordered by a customer)
704 SOLD CODES/INELIGIBLE FOR INCENTIVE > CORPORATE LEASING CAR-DIRECT LEASING (Column 70)
