40's to 50's is where I would guess too.

If you would post some pictures of any part numbers that may be on the back it might help narrow the year down a lot closer.

Also any pcitures of the back of the cluster so as to see what vintage the circuit boards and electronics are...

I see that it is from a Plymouth. Plymouth came out in 1928, so it can't be older than that....

And it doesn't look any newer than 1960 for sure.

1930's Plymouth, definitely not from a Plymouth Truck, so it has to be a car.

Early 30's if I had to guess, based on what I've seen in the 30's/40's mopars
