Identify the origin of this wheel

Can anyone help Identify the origin of this wheel? I have
had a pair of these for many years, and can no longer
remember what Mopar they came off.

It is 15" x 5.5"

I have seen the 15x5.5" on many 1969 fury 318 cars.

I'm pretty sure I had those wheels on my 69 Polara 500 convertible...

Not in my wheelhouse (boo...) but definitely '68 and newer B/C body, maybe light duty trucks/vans. '67 and earlier had the larger centers for the bigger (9+"?) poverty caps, IIRC.
