Guys I have a 69 Dart ( originally 383) The car was restored with a 440 in it as a tribute car ( not by me)

The original oil pan was a deep sump 7 quart Milodon. It was replaced a few years ago with a 5.5 quart front sump Milodon.

I am now having issues with the idler arm denting and rubbing against the oil pan. (passenger side front)

Is there an oil pan out there produce with a cutout ( like the original 383's pan) that I would be able to get?

It must have a notch for idle arm clearance
You should look for a 187 or a 699 pan check the for sale forms.
