i have a 63 valiant wagon with a 73 318 out of a dart.
recently it has been running great but ounce in awhile 4 out of 5 starts it starts normal then putters down then i start it again and it starts fine but ill have to rev it over 1k to get its idle right when it does that.
anyone know what i could blook into, replaced battery/cables and starter those should be fine gas is good run gas treatment all tyhe time idk what it is.
 
yea i have it at open choke wired what could i get to fix this issue with the choke i have eld performer intake and eld 500 4 bbl carb
 
hmmm i guess start checking the carb vacs and one question i have a vac adv but the lady i got the car from used it for drag racing and she didnt have it hooked up i was wondering should i hook that up?
 
so i found the ground wire for the battery was loose so i tightend it and much better it did it one time yesterday but i still wanna know what it is
