ignition cylynder removal

73 duster column shift. The ignition cylinder froze up and my key broke off in it and there is no way it is coming out. How would you guys go about getting it out? and any recomendations on where to get a new one? thanks.

A service or Hanse manual is a good thing to have too.

One of the resto places will have a new one. IE year one or some thing like that.
