Just to let all my friends know that i was offline for most of the week,because lightning took out my cable box last sunday night.I did use the time wisely by working on the 318 with lots of cleaning,painting and detailing.In fact,i was so tired by last night i went to bed at 9:00 pm,the earliest ive been to bed in about 15 years.I hope to get the engine compartment painted this weekend,and the engine put back in very soon.
 
I just sprayed some clear on the valve covers,stealth intake,ans waterpump pulleys before i came out.Ill try to get some pics tomarrow of the finished engine,painted transmission(it looks good,well,for a transmission anyways)and the little nicknacks that goes with all of it.I also found some stainless bolt,and since i had some extra time(and no money)i D/A sanded the letters off of them,and polished them up like a mirror.
