Are you looking for the 65 or 66 Formula S hubcaps. 65s used the "V" emblem and 66s used that rocket shaped emblem. Either center dome with the emblems are interchangeable with the rest of the hubcap.

What would you consider to be "in very good condition"? Something with little to no curb dings or rash or would a ding or two be acceptable?
