Hello everyone, I would like some opinions, and real world assessments if you have them. My car is not on the road, in fact probably a year or better from it. Years ago I built a Mopar Action Green Brick style tie rod set up. I bought later c body rod ends and had a friend make a pair of fantastic stainless adjusters. It really is a thing of beauty! This was done long before the big suspension companies started building adjusters. Then last year... Oh look shiney, and I bought the complete Hotchkis set up. This came with heim jointed rod ends. I am really questioning the real world drive it everyday application of heim joints. Grease is our cars friends. Let's hear 'em! Really love to hear from someone that uses heim joints anywhere on their cars!
