i have read that some time ago these heads had problems with the fit of standard rocker arms.Seems that the fix was to use Indy's own smallblock roller rockers.
..has anybody got any first hand info on this?
..was it ever or is it still a problem?

There was an issue with some rocker arms. I know comp's rocker arms had geometry issues with them.

Hughes roller rockers are fine, their website has pictures showing the swept pattern and it's pretty much ideal.

Contact OU812 (name here) /IMM / Brian here,a RHS dealer, and damn good at that setup.

Good heads , just don't buy them from indy. Hughes rockers work perfect.

They just need the right length valves. Most were built with std Magnus length valves, they need a .100" longer valve with shaft mounted rockers.
