Info on this carb

Talked to holley for a while the other day and they say this will be the right carb for me anyone have one or here anything about them?

My buddy had one on a 350. Made 403 hp and worked real good. Electric choke worked good to.

I bought a 770 Street Avenger and sent it back twice before one worked. After that it was fine. Both times when I talked with the Holley Tech they said just ship it back, no questions asked. This was 5 years ago so they may have improved them.
