Inspection cover

When i got my cuda it had no inspection cover installed, there was one that came with the car, i got under niether it about a week ago and it appeared to fit. i took off the starter and split the motor/trans but w/o any luck it was off :cwm10: aww well my trans pan looks like the pic below. my motor is a 89 318..it sucks and its an auto (obviously) what kinda trans do i have, my dad says the 727 has like a hump out to the side

if you look down in the engine bay and look where the fill tube goes in the trans on the pass side. if it has a hump, its a 727, if not its a 904.
